Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Send Edition LLC ("Send Edition", "we", "us" or "our"). BuildDaily is a product operated by Send Edition LLC. These terms cover builddaily.app, hub.builddaily.app and the BuildDaily tools: Multiplier, Calendar, Stitch, Studio and Comment Converter (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Services do
- Multiplier turns one video into a vertical reel, a carousel, an image post, and copy for X and Threads. X and Threads output is copy only. Multiplier doesn't post to X or Threads.
- Calendar schedules and publishes your videos and photo carousels to TikTok. TikTok is the only platform Calendar posts to today. Instagram, Facebook and YouTube posting is coming soon.
- Stitch combines several clips into one video.
- Studio guides you through recording short daily segments and gives you a ready-to-publish video and text post drafts. Studio doesn't post anywhere.
- Comment Converter pulls comments from your connected YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts, ranks them and drafts replies in your voice. Publishing replies from Comment Converter is coming soon. Comment Converter doesn't work with TikTok.
Some features are still being rolled out and may not be available to everyone yet.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
- Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us right away at support@builddaily.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or Instagram, you let us use that platform's official API on your behalf, only for the features you use. We publish to TikTok only when you schedule or publish a post. When reply publishing arrives in Comment Converter, a reply will be published only when you click. You're responsible for following each platform's own rules. You can disconnect an account at any time.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, text and other material you upload or connect ("Your Content"). You give us a limited permission to store and process Your Content only to deliver the outputs you ask for and to publish them where you tell us to. We don't use Your Content to train AI models.
You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content, including the people, music and footage in it, and that it doesn't break any law, platform rule or anyone else's rights.
5. Generated outputs
Outputs the Services create from Your Content, including reels, carousels, captions, post drafts and reply drafts, are yours to use. We don't promise any views, reach, followers or sales.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Services to:
- post spam, or break the rules of any platform you connect;
- impersonate a person or business;
- upload content you don't have the rights to;
- upload or publish unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit material;
- interfere with the Services, access another person's account, or copy or resell the Services.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Paid plans
If you choose a paid plan, you'll see the price and billing terms before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
You can cancel a paid plan any time, and your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires one.
8. Our content
The Services, including the software, design and the BuildDaily brand, belong to Send Edition LLC. You may use them while these terms apply to you.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop parts of the Services. Connected platforms can change or limit their APIs, which can affect features such as TikTok publishing. We'll give notice of major changes where we reasonably can.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the Services at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@builddaily.app (see our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Services, including that they'll be error-free, that a scheduled post will always publish, or that outputs will fit a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, and any dispute about them or the Services will be handled in the courts of Utah.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for major changes, tell you by email or in the Services.
